By accessing or browsing this website, or by placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Products and safe use

We do our best to present our products, features, photos, prices and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, there may be slight differences in color, packaging or appearance due to screen settings, manufacturer updates or reasonable changes in presentation.

Our baby products, including the FreeHold™ Nursing Pillow, are designed as feeding support accessories and must be used as described on their product pages and packaging.

• Always stay with your baby and supervise every feed.
• When bottle feeding, always hold the bottle. Never prop it.
• The FreeHold™ Nursing Pillow is not a sleep product. Never leave your baby to sleep on it; move your baby to a safe sleep surface after feeding.
• Stop using the product if it becomes damaged or worn.

Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). The price that applies is the one shown in the store at the time you place your order, except in the case of an obvious error.

The final amount, including any discounts, shipping charges or applicable taxes, will be displayed before you confirm your payment.

Available payment methods may vary depending on your location, device or checkout settings.

Orders and confirmation

Once you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation at the email address you provided at checkout.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order for reasonable causes, including:

• The product is out of stock or unavailable.
• An obvious error in price, description or promotion.

• We're unable to deliver to the address provided.

If we cancel an order that has already been paid, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Shipping, returns, refunds and guarantee

Processing and delivery times shown in our store are estimates. They may be affected by carriers, high-demand periods, logistics issues or events outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Our products are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee (60 days for Special Edition orders), counted from the delivery date. Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

Promotions, editions and bonuses
