At Salcker, we want you to feel completely happy with your purchase.

If something’s not quite right, you have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for returns

 


To be eligible for a return:

 

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • You must contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery.

 


We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item shows signs of use, damage, or hygiene concerns.


📌 Please note: For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as worn earrings or opened personal care products) may be non-returnable unless faulty.

Once approved, we’ll send you the return instructions.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

 

 

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 


Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was sent in error or arrived damaged.

Exchanges

 


We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.

If you’d like a different item, please return the original and place a new order separately.

Late or missing refunds

 


If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

 

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your credit card provider or bank.
